Court is held in the new municipal
building located on St Rt. 104 between St. Rt. 104B and Co Rt 6.
What is the Fine and Surcharge for
my ticket - the dollar amount?
We will not know that until you appear
in court.
You may mail your ticket in to be notified by mail how much your fine is.
Please do not call the Town Clerk she cannot help you.
When and where can I pay my fine?
Fines can be paid by mail or in person
on Thursday nights after 7:00 at court.

I got a traffic ticket. Do I have
to appear in court?
If you want to plead guilty, fill out
the back of the ticket and mail it in to the court at PO Box 141, New Haven NY
13121. The court will notify you of your fine. If you want to take care of your
fine immediately, showing up in court is the best way. If you want to plead not
guilty, fill out the back of the ticket and mail it in to the court. The court
will contact you.
When is DA night?
DA nights are Thursday of every odd
number month.I paid my fine and I just got a suspension notice. How do I clear it up.
