Lawn Sale Permit Application
Lawn sale permits are required for more than two sales per calendar year or for sales lasting more than three days. Sales of more than 14 days per calendar year must be approved by the planning board.

Site Plan Review Application
All business is require site plan review, which must be approved by the planning board.

Variance Application
Variances are needed to build on lots less than
1 1/2 acres, for less than 20 feet from the property lines or between buildings, or any other construction that does not conform to Local Laws.

Veteran Information Form
Use this form to submit information on a veteran to be included in a book documenting all veterans who lived in the Town of New Haven at any point in time. A release form must also be signed.

Historical Release
This form is required to indicate how information submitted to the History Center may be used.

Historical Donation Form
This form is required for all donations made to the History Center. It is a legal document transferring ownership of the item being donated to the Town of New Haven.
