Requirements for Application: The Town Clerk can issue Handicapped Parking Permits when presented with a physician signed application form. The forms are available from the Town Clerk's Office. Permit is issued for a period of up to five years; Temporary Permit, six months. The permit is valid in New York State and is recognized in many other states as well. There is no charge for these permits.
