Notice concerning the examination of assessment inventory and valuation data

(Pursuant to Section 501 of the NYS Real Property Tax Law). Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data is available for examination and review.

The data is the information which will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel as it will appear on the tentative assessment roll of the Town of New Haven. The tentative roll will be filed on or before May 1*.

 

All scheduled dates and times will be at the Town of New Haven Town Hall, 4279 State Route 104, New Haven, NY 13121.

Assessor at 315-963-3900 x 3.

 

Friday, May 8th 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Saturday, May 9th 8 am to NOON

Monday, May 11th 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Monday, May 18th 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm

 

BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW (BAR) GRIEVANCE

Tuesday, May 26th 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm

 

Due to COVID-19 and social distancing, BAR grievance will be scheduled in 15 minute appointments. Appointments will start at 4:15 pm and end at 7:45 pm.
